Iata ce am gasit eu si mi s-a parut interesant:

- Pentru ca orezul fiert sa se pastreze bob cu bob, adaugati cateva picaturi de lamaie cand acesta fierbe
- Daca zaharul brun din borcan s-a intarit, o felie de paine pusa inauntru va rezolva problema in cateva ore
- Pentru a indeparta mirosul de pe maini dupa ce curatati usturoiul, frecati mainile de un obiect din otel inoxidabil sau boabe de cafea.
- Cand fierbeti ouale, putina sare adaugata in apa le va face sa nu crape.
- Apa in care ati fiert pastele sau cartofii poate fi folosita, cand se raceste, pentru a uda plantele.
- Daca faci o mica gaura cu un ac sau o piuneza in coaja oului inainte de a-l fierbe ii veti putea curata mai usor coaja.
- Pentru a evita sa lacrimati cand taiati marunt ceapa, taiati-o in doua si puneti-o 15 minute in apa

Referitor la ceapa - incercati sa o taiati tinand gura deschisa :)))) - are acelasi efect cu tinutul in apa

Asta e tare! Am gasit tips and tricks peeeennntrrrruuuu OBEZITATE :))) dau copy/paste:

Mix lime juice with honey and water; drink a glass of this every morning.
Mix 3 tsp. lime juice, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. honey, and 1 cup water; drink a glass a day for 3 months.
Mix 1 tsp. lime juice with 1 cup water and drink each morning.
Eat a tomato before breakfast.

Deci: suc de lamaie cu miere, piper si apa in fiecare dimineata :)))...si o rosie la micul dejun si gata! :))))

Sau tinand o scobitoare in gura.Eu asta folosesc si chiar functioneaza
Pt a indeparta mirosul neplacut din frigider, puneti un bol descoperit, cu zat de cafea.Functioneaza mai ales impotriva mirosului de usturoi :P

Ceapa este foarte buna pentru indepartarea mirosului neplacut din frigider.Se taie ceapa in 4 si se plaseaza in frigider.

Utile... in gospodarie


- Spuma de albus
creste pe masura ce se bate. Cand se tine de tel, aceasta este gata.
Daca este batuta prea mult, spuma cade. Daca este oprita inainte de a
fi suficient de legata, spuma nu mai creste in compozitia in care se
incorporeaza. Deci, mare atentie!
- Sosurile
in care se pune smantana, nu se fierb niciodata pe flacara ori in
clocote mari. Vasul se aseaza peste altul cu apa ce clocoteste la foc
domol si se amesteca fara intrerupere cu o lingura de lemn.
- Daca folositi ceapa calita
in tocatura de chiftelute, cand ceapa are culoare aurie, picurati o
lingura de apa calda si lasati-o sa fiarba pana cand se evapora. Ceapa
nu se va mai simti in preparat si va avea gust dulce.
- In preparatele dietetice,
pentru bolnavii de stomac in special, nu puneti ceapa prajita.
Fierbeti-o separat, indepartati apa si apoi pasati-o. Cand preparatul
este gata, turnati ulei crud. Nu condimentati cu condimente iuti.
Puneti patrunjel, marar si leustean tocat ori cimbru.
- Albusurile
se bat mai repede si spuma va fi mai consistenta daca in castronul
respectiv picurati o lingurita zeama de lamaie sau adaugati un strop de
sare.
- Cand ati taiat un salam, suprafata bucatii ramase nu-si va schimba culoarea daca o veti acoperi cu o felie de lamaie.
- Inainte de a utiliza intr-un preparat usturoi, fierbeti-l 3-4 minute in clocot. Va fi astfel mai bine tolerat, mai usor de digerat.
- Puneti in sosul de rosii o lingurita de zahar si una de mustar. Va avea un gust excelent, va fi mai aromat.
- Inainte de a aseza pe gratar bucati de ficat ori de rinichi de vita, tineti-le o ora in lapte dulce, nefiert.
- Pentru un rasol consistent, puneti carnea in vasul cu apa clocotita. Daca doriti o supa consistenta, asezati-o pe foc in vasul cu apa rece.

Ar fi mai interesant daca am posta astfel de tipsuri incercate de noi sau de cineva cunoscut, pentru a avea siguranta ca sunt eficiente. Eu de exemplu am citit ca petele de vin rosu se scot cu vin alba, dar n-as irosi vinu doar sa make a point.
